These are just a few of the new and rehabilitated homes in the Cleveland Central Weed & Seed.

This house was constructed as part of the Villages of Central (Homeownership Zone) project, which will bring 465 units of new housing to the Central neighborhood.

Recently, new townhouses have appeared on the Central landscape as part of the East Central Place project. This photo displays what the site looked like before construction. (Please keep an eye on the building in the background).

...and this is after construction.

This is another home constructed as part of Burten, Bell, Carr and Cleveland Housing Network's East Central Place project.

This is another beautiful East Central Place home.

Chamberlain Avenue, which is south of Central, was previously vacant. This is before new house were built on the street.

A backhoe excavates in preparation for a series of more than seven new houses that will decorate the street.
